Whitening (bleaching) is a common and very popular procedure used to lighten teeth. Whitening teeth can reverse the discolorations which occur in the enamel of teeth due to medications, coffee, tea, soda, smoking, genetics or simply aging. Teeth whitening can be performed in the dental office or at home under professional supervision, which is generally less costly and more convenient. Whitening your teeth is affordable, easy and safe.
Today we have the benefit of composite resins to replace ugly gray metal fillings. Composite resin restorations (tooth colored fillings) are affordable, durable, comfortable, and virtually invisible. There has never been a better filling material.
"Now, I am more comfortable smiling and I am more confident. Dr. Boyle has given me a great smile. I constantly receive complements on my smile. And the best part is that everyone thinks they are my real teeth. Dr. Boyle, I hope my words convey how happy I am with everything you did for me."

This technique uses the composite resin material described above to improve the smile by filling in gaps, and changing the color and shape of teeth. This is commonly referred to as "bonding". Improved esthetics are a major advantage of composites, since dentists can create a color nearly identical to that of the natural tooth.
A porcelain veneer is an ultra-thin shell of ceramic material that is bonded to the front (lip-side) surface of teeth. This procedure can be ideal for improving the appearance of teeth. Porcelain veneers are used to mask out internal stains and discolorations, brighten teeth, straighten crooked teeth, fill in gaps between teeth, and repair chipped or worn teeth.
Crowns, also known as "caps", are used to repair broken teeth, cracked teeth and to reinforce weak teeth, while restoring beauty and function. All ceramic crowns contain no metal and are the most esthetic crowns available. These metal-free crowns look and feel like natural teeth and blend in beautifully with natural teeth. All ceramic crowns do not show ugly dark edges at the gumline.
A bridge consists of a false tooth (teeth) suspended between supporting crowns. Bridges are cemented into place, do not come out, and feel and look very natural. The same technology used to make all ceramic crowns is also available for bridges where the ultimate in esthetic results are desirable.
